Mature content

Like any art site, devi­ant­ART has a mature con­tent fil­ter. If you’re not log­ged in, it shows you some kind of stop sign. The descrip­tion is still visi­ble… And it per­fectly fits!

Making this just took way too long, I star­ted 3 months ago… (colo­ring it only took me a few hours this weekend)

I’m not very good at crea­ting cover art­work (always had pro­blems with com­po­si­tion etc.) so I wan­ted to try again. This one is for the 2004 comic I made with ~Askhari cal­led Hal­lo­ween 2k4. It’s about zom­bies (obviously) and a few stu­dents are trap­ped in their school, try­ing to sur­vive. It’s 20 pages long and was prin­ted in Ger­man. I’ll try to put an English ver­sion online ASAP.

I tried to put the most import­ant ele­ments of the story on the cover:
– The main cha­rac­ters
– The dan­ger they are fac­ing
– The set­ting (a real school in Aus­tria, see here)
– The poli­ti­cal back­ground (jet pla­nes)
plus there is room for a title, and some text. The left half of this art­work is sup­po­sed to be on the last page, and the right half on the front page. Thought that would be a cool effect if it’s printed.
